Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1⁄2 banana
- 3 tbs natural protein powder
- 1 Granny Smith apple cored
- 1 celery stalk
- 1⁄4 avocado
- 30g baby spinach leaves
- 1⁄2 lime juiced
- 4-6 ice cubes
