Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet diced
  • 1 onion chopped medium
  • 3 cup green beans sliced
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 70 g rogan josh Indian curry paste
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 lime quartered
  • 2 cup rice *to serve

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Step 2
    Cook the onion, then add the chicken and turn until seared.
  • Step 3
    Add Rogan Josh paste and water, and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Add beans, mix thoroughly.
  • Step 5
    Turn heat down and simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 6
    Serve on a bed of rice, garnished with wedges of lime.
Recipe Notes
I used Patak's brand paste, and 70 g equals about a quarter of the jar. Add extra vegetables to this dish if you like.
