- 125g Woolworths Cream Cheese
- 150g milk chocolate
- 20 red mini M&Ms
- 10 spearmint leaf lollies
Method
-
Step 1Crush the Mint Slice biscuits in a food processor or Thermomix. Place crushed biscuits into a medium sized bowl.
-
Step 2Add 125g of cream cheese and mix well until completely combined.
-
Step 3Roll the mixture into heaped teaspoon-sized balls and place onto a baking paper lined tray in the fridge.
-
Step 4Slice the spearmint leaves into tiny slithers (you'll get about 5 out of each leaf) and set aside.
-
Step 5Melt the chocolate in a deep and narrow heatproof bowl or ramekin on Medium heat (50% power) in the microwave on 30 second bursts for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring each time.
-
Step 6Dip the balls into the chocolate mixture with a fork and return to the baking tray, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
-
Step 7Place one red M&M mini and two spearmint leaf slithers onto the top of each of the balls. Place back into the fridge to set.

Recipe Notes
Can you use other types of chocolate to make these truffles?
Yes, you can use white or dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate to coat these delicious morsels, if you prefer.
How long do chocolate truffles last?
These delicious treats will keep will if you store them in an airtight container for 3-4 days. But, in our experience, you won't have any left once they hit the desserts table at your Christmas gathering.
