Give these a try, a little bit healthy yet still tastes wickedly sinful, you won't believe how good they taste. These are high protein and gluten free.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate melts melted
- 2 cups chickpeas drained rinsed
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method

Step 1In food processor, combine chick peas and eggs. Add sugar, baking powder and chocolate, and process until smooth.

Step 2Pour batter into a slice tin lined with baking paper.

Step 3Bake at 180C for 45 minutes. Leave to cool before slicing.

Recipe Notes
This is nice with chopped pecans sprinkled on top.
Raspberries could also be added.
Using legumes instead of flour adds fibre and protein.
Carob chips can substitute chocolate melts.
