An easy Christmas treat for the whole family and the children can help make them. They don't take long at all to make.
Ingredients
- 250 g malt biscuits crushed
- 296 g condensed milk
- 2 tbs cocoa
- 1 cup sultanas
- 4 tbs orange juice
- 125 g copha
- 1 cup coconut to coat
Method

Step 1Soak the sultanas in the orange juice overnight. Drain.

Step 2Melt the copha.

Step 3Combine the sultanas, copha and biscuit crumbs.

Step 4Mix in the condensed milk.

Step 5Roll into small balls and then into coconut or chocolate sprinkles.

Step 6Refrigerate on a plate for at least 4 hours.

Step 7Store in an air tight container lined with baking paper.
Recipe Notes
I used malt-o-milk biscuits. Chocolate sprinkles can substitute coconut to coat.
