An easy Christmas treat for the whole family and the children can help make them. They don't take long at all to make. - tinkerbel09

Ingredients

  • 250 g malt biscuits crushed
  • 296 g condensed milk
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 4 tbs orange juice
  • 125 g copha
  • 1 cup coconut to coat

Method

  • Step 1
    Soak the sultanas in the orange juice overnight. Drain.
  • Step 2
    Melt the copha.
  • Step 3
    Combine the sultanas, copha and biscuit crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Mix in the condensed milk.
  • Step 5
    Roll into small balls and then into coconut or chocolate sprinkles.
  • Step 6
    Refrigerate on a plate for at least 4 hours.
  • Step 7
    Store in an air tight container lined with baking paper.
Recipe Notes

I used malt-o-milk biscuits. Chocolate sprinkles can substitute coconut to coat.
