Ingredients
- 250g pkt choc ripple biscuits
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease a 26cm x 18cm slice pan and line with baking paper.

Step 2Arrange 12 whole biscuits in the base of the prepared tin. Then break up the remaining biscuits, filling any holes and making a randomly placed second layer of biscuits on top of the first. Drizzle over condensed milk and bake for 20-25 minutes or until caramelised. Leave to cool completely in the tin.

Step 3To serve, cut into pieces.
