Ingredients

  • 250g pkt choc ripple biscuits
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease a 26cm x 18cm slice pan and line with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Arrange 12 whole biscuits in the base of the prepared tin. Then break up the remaining biscuits, filling any holes and making a randomly placed second layer of biscuits on top of the first. Drizzle over condensed milk and bake for 20-25 minutes or until caramelised. Leave to cool completely in the tin.
  • Step 3
    To serve, cut into pieces.
