Ingredients

  • 4 tbs butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Cream butter and sugar together.
  • Step 3
    Sift flour and cocoa together, and add to butter and sugar.
  • Step 4
    Add milk, coconut and vanilla and mix together.
  • Step 5
    Grease oven proof dish, and spread jam over base.
  • Step 6
    Spread chocolate mix to cover the jam.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Delicious served with cream or ice cream. Just as good served cold or at room temperature.
