Ingredients

  • 60 g butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 marshmallows
  • 1 milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup plain flour

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 160C.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in microwave for 20 seconds.
  • Step 3
    Add in sugar, vanilla essence and salt. Mix with electric beater until all ingredients are combined.
  • Step 4
    Combine egg and milk, and add to mixture.
  • Step 5
    Beat in self-raising flour.
  • Step 6
    Add marshmallows and chocolate chips and mix by hand.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle plain flour onto the mixture and continue mixing with hands.
  • Step 8
    Roll into balls and cook for approximately 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes
If mixture feels too sticky, add more plain flour. Best eaten within 24 hours.
