Chocolate and marshmallow biscuits.
Ingredients
- 60 g butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbs milk
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 marshmallows
- 1 milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup plain flour
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 160C.

Step 2Melt butter in microwave for 20 seconds.

Step 3Add in sugar, vanilla essence and salt. Mix with electric beater until all ingredients are combined.

Step 4Combine egg and milk, and add to mixture.

Step 5Beat in self-raising flour.

Step 6Add marshmallows and chocolate chips and mix by hand.

Step 7Sprinkle plain flour onto the mixture and continue mixing with hands.

Step 8Roll into balls and cook for approximately 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes
If mixture feels too sticky, add more plain flour. Best eaten within 24 hours.
