Ingredients

  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 tbs margarine
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 45g chicken noodle instant soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrot, sliced
  • 1 celery stick, chopped

Method

  • Step 1
    Add the margarine to a large cooking pot and saute the onions until translucent.

  • Step 2
    Add mince, salt and pepper. Continue to cook until mince is browned.
  • Step 3
    Add soup, water and vegetables, and cook with the lid on for 20 minutes.

This is so quick and easy. My kids were always fussy about vegetables but when given this meal they ate every bit - so tasty.
