A delicious chicken marinade, perfect for barbecues.
Ingredients
- 12 chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp ginger crushed
- 3 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together in a large bowl. Cover chicken pieces with marinade for 2-3 hours minimum.

Step 2Remove and drain chicken. Saute in hot oil until chicken has coloured.

Step 3Place in a greased baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 180C until tender, approximately 30-35 minutes.

Step 4Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
Recipe Notes
Use chicken tenderloin.
Chicken can also be cooked on the barbecue.
Tabasco sauce can also be used.
