Ingredients

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 40 g noodle instant soup

Method

  • Step 1
    Sift noodles out of soup keeping powdered part of soup,
  • Step 2
    Heat cream in a microwave.
  • Step 3
    Add soup powder to hot cream and pour over cooked chicken.
Recipe Notes
I use mild chicken curry cup of soup. For a thicker sauce use ¾ cup cream or milk.
