Nice easy tasty topping for pan fried chicken breast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 40 g noodle instant soup
Method

Step 1Sift noodles out of soup keeping powdered part of soup,

Step 2Heat cream in a microwave.

Step 3Add soup powder to hot cream and pour over cooked chicken.
Recipe Notes
I use mild chicken curry cup of soup. For a thicker sauce use ¾ cup cream or milk.
