Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs cubed
- 200 g bacon rashers diced
- 6 mushrooms sliced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 tbs chicken stock powder
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 300 g thickened cream
- 500 g pasta
Method

Step 1Cook pasta as per packet directions.

Step 2Fry onion, bacon, mushrooms and chicken until cooked.

Step 3Add cream and dry chicken stock and stir until boiling.

Step 4Gently sprinkle through plain flour while stirring quickly to prevent lumps.

Step 5Transfer cooked pasta to sauce and combine.
