Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs cubed
  • 200 g bacon rashers diced
  • 6 mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 tbs chicken stock powder
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 300 g thickened cream
  • 500 g pasta

Method

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta as per packet directions.
  • Step 2
    Fry onion, bacon, mushrooms and chicken until cooked.
  • Step 3
    Add cream and dry chicken stock and stir until boiling.
  • Step 4
    Gently sprinkle through plain flour while stirring quickly to prevent lumps.
  • Step 5
    Transfer cooked pasta to sauce and combine.
