A quick and simple dish using healthy ingredients that the children love.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet cubed
- 1 green capsicum
- 400 g (sliced) canned pineapple cut into pieces
Sauce
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
Method

Step 1Thread chicken, capsicum and pineapple onto skewers.

Step 2Mix sauce ingredients together.

Step 3Spread over the kebabs.

Step 4Grill on medium heat until cooked through.

Step 5Serve with salad or fried rice.
Recipe Notes
If using bamboo skewers, soak in water before using.
