A healthy and delicious snack. Kids love making up their own wrap and enjoy eating it as well.
Ingredients
- 5 slices chicken breast fillet
- 5 slices double smoked ham (deli)
- 1 lettuce
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- 3 slices cheese
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 piece mountain bread
- 1/2 pinches salt and pepper *to taste
- 1 tsp margarine *to taste
- 20 g low-fat mayonnaise

Step 1Using a pastry brush, lightly spread margarine over bread so rolling will be easier.

Step 2Break up cheese and place it around the centre, leaving a 4-5 cm margin, then add ham, chicken, 4–5 slices of tomato, 5–6 slices of cucumber, salt and pepper if desired, shredded lettuce, a small amount of mayonnaise.

Step 3Bring in the left and right sides of the bread, hold down and fold and roll up the bottom. Hold the roll for a few seconds until it does not want to unroll when you let go.

The back of the pack has folding and rolling instructions - I liked the way they did that and suggest you follow it as well.
The ingredients and amounts can easily serve 2 people for a light lunch or snack.
Use fat-free double smoked leg ham, Mountain Bread original and margarine, if desired.
