Easy dish with a nice, creamy curry sauce.
Ingredients
- 500 chicken breast fillet, skin off
- 2 broccoli, chopped
- 420g canned cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbs mild curry powder *to taste
Method

Step 1Cut chicken breasts in half and if too thick slice lengthways, as well.

Step 2Fry each piece gently on both sides.

Step 3Steam broccoli until tender.

Step 4Place broccoli in a long or square casserole dish, then add chicken.

Step 5Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a bowl. Pour evenly over chicken and broccoli.

Step 6Bake at 180C for 50 minutes.

Step 7Serve with rice.

I use Praise Traditional mayonnaise, Keen's curry powder and Campbell's soup.
