Recipe Notes
This recipe makes at least 24 chicken balls that can be deep-fried several hours ahead. Reheat in a single layer on an oven tray in moderate oven until hot, about 15 minutes. You don't have to deep fry the balls, you can shallow fry on the stove or even brown on stove and finish off in the oven. Change the size of the balls to suit, I often add more breadcrumbs to get more meatballs, then adjust the seasonings accordingly.
