A creamy, garlic chicken dish that melts in your mouth. A winner with kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
- 400 g fettuccine
- 250 g cream cheese
- 6 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper fresh
- 2 chicken breast fillet cooked cubed
- 2 cup broccoli chopped fresh
- 2 zucchini julienned
- 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
Method

Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Step 2Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes, then drain well.

Step 3While pasta is cooking melt cream cheese and butter in a pan over low heat. Stir until smooth.

Step 4Stir in milk and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 5Simmer for 3 minutes stirring constantly.

Step 6Mix in chicken, broccoli, zucchini and red pepper.

Step 7Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat then reduce heat and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Step 8Serve over fettuccine.
