Moist, little muffins perfect for a light meal, snack or finger food.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbs butter melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 200 g smoked salmon chopped
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 pinch black pepper
Method

Step 1Sift flour and make a well in the centre.

Step 2Add egg, butter and milk and stir until smooth.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and fold to combine well.

Step 4Spoon mixture into greased muffin pan.

Step 5Bake at 180C for 12-15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Add your own choice of herbs such as chives, or green onions to suit your taste.
