Ingredients

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbs tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs salt and pepper *to taste
  • 16 cheese cubed

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix together mince, bread crumbs, sauces and salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Cover each cheese cube with mince mixture and roll into small balls. Continue until all mince mixture is used up.
  • Step 3
    Pan fry until cooked through.
Recipe Notes

Make sure the cheese is fully covered otherwise it will melt out of the meatball.

These can be served in a tomato based sauce or any sauce of your liking.
