Meatballs stuffed with cheese.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tbs barbecue sauce
- 1 tbs tomato sauce
- 1 tbs salt and pepper *to taste
- 16 cheese cubed
Method

Step 1Mix together mince, bread crumbs, sauces and salt and pepper.

Step 2Cover each cheese cube with mince mixture and roll into small balls. Continue until all mince mixture is used up.

Step 3Pan fry until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
Make sure the cheese is fully covered otherwise it will melt out of the meatball.
These can be served in a tomato based sauce or any sauce of your liking.
