All done in the microwave.
Ingredients
- 3 potato
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1/2 cup bacon rashers diced
Method

Step 1Prick the potatoes with a fork and cook in microwave for 10 minutes on high, turning halfway through.

Step 2When potatoes are cooked cut in half lengthways and allow to cool slightly.

Step 3Spoon out potatoes, add cheese and bacon and mix well.

Step 4Heat in microwave for further 5 minutes.

Step 5Serve with meat and vegetables.
