Mixing cream cheese and tasty cheddar with a few savoury flavours you have cheeseball that can be used for entertaining guests for just for the family to have. It can be eaten with cracker biscuits (Jatz) my favourite or by itself.
Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 g tasty cheese
- 1 onion diced
- 1/2 red capsicum diced
- 1 tbs chilli sauce
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 1 pinch paprika
Method

Step 1In a large bowl mix the cream cheese, tasty cheese, diced onion, diced capsicum, chilli sauce, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Mould into a ball shape.

Step 2Cover a dinner plate or tray with the curry powder and paprika then roll the ball until the entire surface is covered.

Step 3Place in the fridge to solidify, for about 4 hours.
