Put your pie maker to good use with these tasty little 4-ingredient savoury pies. Filled to oozing with baked beans, crispy bacon and melted cheese, they’ll be devoured straight from the pie maker, and they’re also great for the lunch box!
Ingredients
- 200g bacon, diced
- 300g Heinz Baked Beanz can
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, defrosted
Method

Step 1Preheat pie maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2In a medium frypan, fry off bacon for 4 - 5 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towel then combine in a bowl with baked beans and cheese.

Step 3Use pie maker cutter to cut 6 bases and 6 tops from the puff pastry sheets. Line plates of pie maker with 4 pastry bases. Spoon in 1/3 cup measures of bean and bacon mixture. Top with pastry tops and close lid of pie maker. Cook for 8 minutes until golden.

Step 4Repeat with remaining ingredients to make another 2 pies.
