Ingredients

  • 1 x 250 g packet butternut snap biscuits
  • 1 x 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons lemon butter
  • 1 punnet blueberries

Method

  • Step 1
    Place patty pans in 12-hole muffin tray.
  • Step 2
    Place one biscuit in bottom of each patty pan.
  • Step 3
    Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until soft and smooth. Add lemon butter, to taste, and stir mixture together.
  • Step 4
    Spoon cream cheese over top of biscuits.
  • Step 5
    Top with blueberries, or any fruit you like.
  • Step 6
    Refrigerate or freeze til ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
Foil patty pans work well with these. You can use another similar crunchy biscuit, instead of butternut snap biscuits.
