Easiest recipe ever!
Ingredients
- 1 x 250 g packet butternut snap biscuits
- 1 x 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons lemon butter
- 1 punnet blueberries
Method

Step 1Place patty pans in 12-hole muffin tray.

Step 2Place one biscuit in bottom of each patty pan.

Step 3Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until soft and smooth. Add lemon butter, to taste, and stir mixture together.

Step 4Spoon cream cheese over top of biscuits.

Step 5Top with blueberries, or any fruit you like.

Step 6Refrigerate or freeze til ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
Foil patty pans work well with these. You can use another similar crunchy biscuit, instead of butternut snap biscuits.
