An alternate to rice when on a low carb diet.
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 4 spring onions
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp oil
Method

Step 1Grate cauliflower until fine rice like texture.

Step 2Finely chop shallots.

Step 3Add oil, shallots and garlic to pan and saute until golden.

Step 4Add cauliflower and saute for a further 4 minutes.

Step 5Serve with stir fries or as a substitute for rice.
