A little something I found.
Ingredients
- 400 g carrot chopped peeled
- 125 g light spreadable cream cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tbs milk
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Method

Step 1Boil, microwave or steam carrots until tender.

Step 2Place in food processor and process until smooth.

Step 3Add cream cheese, Parmesan, milk, garlic, cumin and seasonings.

Step 4Process until well combined.

Step 5Chill.
