Ingredients

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 200 g bacon rashers diced
  • 500 g spirals pasta shapes
  • 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 300 ml Bulla Cooking Cream
  • 200 g light sour cream
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 150 g cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to directions.
  • Step 2
    Fry bacon in oil until brown.
  • Step 3
    Combine cooked pasta with bacon, add vegetables and stir.
  • Step 4
    Combine cream, sour cream and mustard in a small bowl.
  • Step 5
    Transfer pasta mix to a casserole dish and pour over the cream mixture, sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 180C for 35 minutes.

Recipe Notes

This doesn't come out set, it comes out like pasta with sauce on top.
