A non-traditional version of a carbonara sauce. Quick, easy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 200 g bacon rashers diced
- 500 g spirals pasta shapes
- 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 300 ml Bulla Cooking Cream
- 200 g light sour cream
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 150 g cheese grated
Method

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions.

Step 2Fry bacon in oil until brown.

Step 3Combine cooked pasta with bacon, add vegetables and stir.

Step 4Combine cream, sour cream and mustard in a small bowl.

Step 5Transfer pasta mix to a casserole dish and pour over the cream mixture, sprinkle with cheese.

Step 6Bake at 180C for 35 minutes.
