White Christmas is my go-to Christmas treat. It so simple and easy and always a crowd favourite. You can always try substituting chopped dried apricots for the cherries and roasted macadamias for the pistachios, for a real Aussie inspired treat. - Tiffany Page

Ingredients

  • 2 x 180g blocks Cadbury Caramilk chocolate
  • 2 cups rice bubbles
  • 3/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 100g mini white marshmallows
  • 50g pistachios, roasted and roughly chopped
  • 20g pkt glace cherries

Method

  • Step 1
Line a 26cm x 16cm slice tin with baking paper.

  • Step 4
Pour into prepared tin and press down firmly. Refrigerate until set.
