Caramel fudge is a classic recipe that uses condensed milk, butter, golden syrup and brown sugar. Delicious and melt-in-the-mouth, you won't be able to stop at one piece! - Kidspot Kitchen

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter chopped
  • 395 g Nestle* sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbs CSR golden syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Block

Method

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Line a 7cm x 25cm loaf tin with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Add condensed milk, golden syrup and brown sugar. Stir over low heat until boiling, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate.
  • Step 4
    Pour into prepared tin, smoothing over the surface. Allow to cool and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
Recipe Notes

Cook Time: 10 mins + 2 hours refrigeration.

Use 1 cup (220g) brown sugar and 3/4 cup (100g) white chocolate.
