My sister gave me this recipe after I tasted it at her home one Christmas. It's made with just a handful of ingredients making it the perfect finger food.
Ingredients
- 2 cabanossi sticks
- 250g cream cheese
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp gherkin relish

Step 1Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

Step 2Serve with potato savoury biscuits.
Recipe Notes
This dip only needs to be served with plain biscuits as it has a strong taste of its own.
