You'll never skip the most important meal of the day again with this tasty brekkie dish.
Ingredients
- 1 canola oil spray
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 egg fried
- 2 bacon rashers fried
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1 slices cheese
- 1 croissant
- 1 tbs tomato relish
Method

Step 1Cut croissant and avocado in half.

Step 2Spray pan with canola oil, then wait for pan to heat up.

Step 3Fry bacon, and once cooked set aside and drain on paper towel.

Step 4Crack egg onto pan and fry until white's are clear and yolk is runny.

Step 5Spread butter onto croissant. Place cheese, bacon, sliced avocado and egg onto buttered croissant.

Step 6Place a few dollops of chutney on top.

Step 7Place croissant lid on top carefully. Enjoy!
