This is quick, easy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 tbs unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 tub Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 tbs icing sugar
- 1 punnet fresh blueberries
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbs icing sugar for dusting
Method

Step 1In a small bowl mix cream cheese with 2 tablespoons icing sugar and combine to make a smooth paste.

Step 2Spread butter over one slice of bread and place buttered side down on jaffle maker.

Step 3Spread cream cheese over slice on jaffle maker and top with blueberries. then sprinkle with a little bit of sugar. Butter the second slice of bread and cover, make sure the buttered slice is facing up. Close the jaffle maker and cook until golden brown.

Step 4Mix extra icing sugar with vanillin sugar and sprinkle over bread. Serve with your favourite coffee or tea.

Recipe Notes
The extra tablespoon icing sugar is for dusting the jaffles to serve.
