Ingredients

  • 100g (3 1/2 oz) of mild Gorgonzola PDO
  • 150 g (5 2/7 oz) of turkey breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 Tropea red onion
  • 1 leek
  • soy sauce
  • 1 celery stalk
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Step 1
    Make the turkey breasts thinner and cut in half. Lay in the centre a piece of Gorgonzola and close the roll with the help of a toothpick.
  • Step 2
    Place them into a bowl and pour in the soy sauce necessary for marinating.
  • Step 3
    In the meantime cut into julienne strips the leek, the carrot, the onion and the celery and sauté them in a previously oiled pan. After around 5 minutes, add the turkey rolls and cook for other 10 minutes. Serve them very hot.
