Creamy Gorgonzola PDO wrapped in tender turkey breast - these rolls are the perfect finger food for your next gathering.
Ingredients
- 100g (3 1/2 oz) of mild Gorgonzola PDO
- 150 g (5 2/7 oz) of turkey breast
- 1 carrot
- 1 Tropea red onion
- 1 leek
- soy sauce
- 1 celery stalk
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method

Step 1Make the turkey breasts thinner and cut in half. Lay in the centre a piece of Gorgonzola and close the roll with the help of a toothpick.

Step 2Place them into a bowl and pour in the soy sauce necessary for marinating.

Step 3In the meantime cut into julienne strips the leek, the carrot, the onion and the celery and sauté them in a previously oiled pan. After around 5 minutes, add the turkey rolls and cook for other 10 minutes. Serve them very hot.
