These easy lava style festive puddings ooze Biscoff and are delicious served with ice cream on the side.
Ingredients
- 180g Caramilk chocolate
- 90g salted butter
- 4 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- Vanilla bean ice-cream, to serve
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 200C fan forced. Grease and flour six x 1 cup capacity dariole moulds and arrange in an oven tray.

Step 2Melt caramilk, butter and biscoff in a heat proof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water and stir to combine. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir in eggs and brown sugar, then fold through flour.

Step 3Spoon 2/3rd of the mixture between the moulds. Place 2 tsp of biscoff in the center and cover with remaining cake mixture. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until just set on top and still wobbly in the middle. Leave to cool slightly before turning onto a serving plate.
