Ingredients

  • 180g Caramilk chocolate
  • 90g salted butter
  • 4 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • Vanilla bean ice-cream, to serve

Method

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C fan forced. Grease and flour six x 1 cup capacity dariole moulds and arrange in an oven tray.
  • Step 2
Melt caramilk, butter and biscoff in a heat proof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water and stir to combine. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir in eggs and brown sugar, then fold through flour.
  • Step 3
Spoon 2/3rd of the mixture between the moulds. Place 2 tsp of biscoff in the center and cover with remaining cake mixture. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until just set on top and still wobbly in the middle. Leave to cool slightly before turning onto a serving plate.
