This Biscoff fudge is every bit as indulgent as it is delicious. We recommend enjoying it in small doses, making it the perfect afternoon treat! It’s also great served at picnics or school bake sales. You could even gift wrap it and make it a homemade Christmas gift! - Greer Worsley

Ingredients

  • 450g white chocolate buttons
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 80g Biscoff spread
  • 60g Biscoff biscuits

Method

  • Step 1
Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line with baking paper, ensuring the paper extends up the sides to allow for easy removal of the finished fudge.
  • Step 2
Place chocolate, condensed milk and Biscoff spread in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each burst, until melted and smooth. Break biscuits and add to chocolate mixture. Stir until just combined. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Step 3
Use overhanging baking paper to lift out the fudge and place on a board. Slice into small squares.
Recipe Notes

Notes:
