Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs butter
Method

Step 1Melt equal amounts of butter and olive oil in a small bowl.

Step 2Brush over potatoes, ensuring they are well covered.

Step 3Bake at 200C for 50 minutes.
