Ingredients
- 2 tbs oil
- 50 g butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 500 g beef mince
- 800 g canned diced tomato
- 450 g frozen spinach
- 2 tsp dried basil leaves
- 18 cannelloni pasta
- 1 L cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 200C. Lightly grease a shallow dish.

Step 2Heat oil and butter in frypan and fry onion and garlic for 4 minutes.

Step 3Add mince, brown. Add tomatoes, spinach, and basil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Remove lid, cook for 5 minutes to thicken. Cool.

Step 5Fill the pasta tubes, place in dish.

Step 6Cover cannelloni with cheese sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 7Cook for 30-35 minutes.
