Fresh and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg green beans
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Microwave beans for 4 minutes until al dente.

Step 2Cool beans under running water. Whisk together the mustard, vinegar, oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Drizzle over beans.

Step 3Sprinkle with almonds.
