Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg green beans
  • 1 tbs dijon mustard
  • 2 tbs white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1
    Microwave beans for 4 minutes until al dente.
  • Step 2
    Cool beans under running water. Whisk together the mustard, vinegar, oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Drizzle over beans.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with almonds.
