Easy preparation, moist and tender results.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg green prawns fresh peeled
- 440 g coconut milk
- 1 tbs fresh ginger grated
- 3 tsp sesame oil
Method

Step 1Marinate prawns in coconut milk, ginger and sesame oil for 2-3 hours.

Step 2Thread prawns onto skewers, placing 4-5 prawns on each, depending on size.

Step 3Grill on barbeque for 2-3 minutes each side.
Recipe Notes
Do not use more sesame oil than stated or it will take over other flavours. Prawns are juicy and tender. Nice served up on a bed of steamed basmati rice.
