Ingredients

  • 500g pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup pouring cream
  • 3/4 cup cheese smoked
  • 50g potato chips
  • 100g ham (deli)

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Grease a shallow baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Cut pumpkin into thin slices, place in dish and drizzle with cream.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 30 minutes, until tender.
  • Step 5
    Top with combined cheese, crisps and shredded ham.
  • Step 6
    Bake a further 20 minutes, or until topping is crisp.
Recipe Notes

Any flavour chips can be used e.g. cheese and onion. Cooking time can vary, due to the thickness of the pumpkin slices. Check for tenderness after 20 minutes before adding the topping.
