A delicious way to dress up pumpkin, with the taste of smoked cheese and ham.
Ingredients
- 500g pumpkin
- 1/2 cup pouring cream
- 3/4 cup cheese smoked
- 50g potato chips
- 100g ham (deli)
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Grease a shallow baking dish.

Step 3Cut pumpkin into thin slices, place in dish and drizzle with cream.

Step 4Bake for 30 minutes, until tender.

Step 5Top with combined cheese, crisps and shredded ham.

Step 6Bake a further 20 minutes, or until topping is crisp.
Recipe Notes
Any flavour chips can be used e.g. cheese and onion. Cooking time can vary, due to the thickness of the pumpkin slices. Check for tenderness after 20 minutes before adding the topping.
