Spice up your winter with this Bailey biscoff hot chocolate - perfect for cozying up in the cold!
Ingredients
- 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 heaped tsp hot chocolate powder
- 100ml milk
- 2 tsp Lotus Biscoff caramelised spread
- Whipped Cream, to garnish
- Extra Biscoff biscuits, to sprinkle

Step 1Combine Biscoff spread and milk into a mug and microwave until warm (approximately 1 minute).

Step 2Stir in hot chocolate powder until dissolved.

Step 3Add Baileys and stir well.

Step 4Optional: Garnish with whipped cream, crushed lotus biscuits.
