Ingredients

50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
1 heaped tsp hot chocolate powder
100ml milk
2 tsp Lotus Biscoff caramelised spread
Whipped Cream, to garnish
Extra Biscoff biscuits, to sprinkle

Method

Step 1

Combine Biscoff spread and milk into a mug and microwave until warm (approximately 1 minute).
Step 2

Stir in hot chocolate powder until dissolved.
Step 3

Add Baileys and stir well.
Step 4

Optional: Garnish with whipped cream, crushed lotus biscuits.
