Ingredients
- 500 g sausage (beef)
- 3 bacon rashers chopped
- 1 onion chopped small
- 1 egg
Method

Step 1Combine sausage meat, bacon, onion and egg.

Step 2Form mixture into patties.

Step 3If desired, pat each side with plain flour for a crisper outer layer.

Step 4Lightly spray a frying pan with olive or vegetable oil and cook, turning, until cooked through.
