For prawn cocktails, arrange prawns on a bed of finely shredded iceberg lettuce inside individual serving glasses. Cover with a generous amount of cocktail sauce and garnish with a thin wedge of lemon. You could also mix the cocktail sauce with the prawns before assembling in the glasses.
