Ingredients

  • 250 g dried apricots
  • 3 cup boiling water
  • 1 granny smith apple grated
  • 50 g fresh ginger
  • 3 cup caster sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Method

  • Step 1
    Add apple, apricots and ginger to saucepan and cook 20 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stand briefly before bottling in sterilized jars.
  • Step 4
    Store in cool place.

  • 1 saucepan
  • 2 glass jar with lid
