Delicious spread on toast, pikelets or fruit loaf. A very quick and easy to make jam.
Ingredients
- 250 g dried apricots
- 3 cup boiling water
- 1 granny smith apple grated
- 50 g fresh ginger
- 3 cup caster sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Method

Step 1Add apple, apricots and ginger to saucepan and cook 20 minutes.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 3Stand briefly before bottling in sterilized jars.

Step 4Store in cool place.
