My daughter and I made this recipe when doing the puff pastry trial. They are quick and easy and very tasty. - Sonia W

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Pampas puff pastry
  • 2 apples thinly sliced
  • 40 g butter
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 splash milk *extra
  • 1 pinch sugar *extra

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 190C. Cut each sheet pastry in half, then place sliced apples on one half.
  • Step 2
    Dot with one quarter of butter, 1tsp brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    Moisten ends with milk and fold over. Press closed with a fork.
  • Step 4
    Brush top with milk and sprinkle with white sugar. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Recipe Notes
I use Pink Lady apples.
