Yummy chicken that tastes even better the next day.
Ingredients
- 2 tbs oil
- 6 chicken breast fillets
- 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 3 bacon rashers
Method

Step 1Heat oven to 175C.

Step 2In a large frypan, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Step 3Add chicken breasts and saute 4-5 minutes each side until lightly browned.

Step 4Place browned chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with teriyaki sauce.

Step 5Spoon on ranch dressing and sprinkle with cheese and chopped bacon.

Step 6Bake for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Step 7Garnish with parsley and serve with rice.
