Ingredients

  • 2 tbs oil
  • 6 chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • 3 bacon rashers

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 175C.
  • Step 2
    In a large frypan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • Step 3
    Add chicken breasts and saute 4-5 minutes each side until lightly browned.
  • Step 4
    Place browned chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with teriyaki sauce.
  • Step 5
    Spoon on ranch dressing and sprinkle with cheese and chopped bacon.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
  • Step 7
    Garnish with parsley and serve with rice.
