Ingredients

  • 400g pkt Woolworths Pork Belly Bites
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Honey mustard sauce

  • 50g Woolworths Salted Butter, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Method

  • Step 1
    Pat dry pork, then place in a shallow dish and stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle pork with garlic powder, paprika, salt and oil, then toss to coat.
  • Step 3
    Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Place pork in the air fryer basket, rind side up. Cook for 20 minutes or until rind is crisp and pork is cooked through.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile, make honey mustard sauce, place ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Season. Stir for 2 minutes or until mixture is melted and smooth. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
  • Step 5
    Serve pork drizzled with sauce.

Can I serve these pork belly bites straight away after cooking?

It’s best to serve the pork belly with the sticky honey mustard sauce immediately after cooking when the crackling is at its crispiest.
