Ingredients

  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1 mango, diced into 5mm pieces
  • 120g (1/2 cup) thick vanilla custard, plus extra to serve
  • Icing sugar, to dust

Method

  • Step 1
Working with 4 wonton wrappers at a time, place 1 tbs mango and 1 1/2 tsp custard in the centre of 1 wonton wrapper. Run a wet fingertip around the edge of the wrapper. Bring points up into the centre. Pinch edges to seal. Repeat to make 16 wontons.
  • Step 2
Spray an airfryer basket with oil. Place wontons, in batches, in basket and spray with oil. Cook on 170C for 12 minutes or until lightly golden. Repeat with remaining wontons.
