If you love mint slice, then you will love this. This recipe came about when I was making a chocolate hedgehog and thought I'd mix it up a bit.
Ingredients
- 125 g butter melted
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tbs condensed milk
- 50 g Nestle* Aero Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars crushed
- 250 g chocolate ripple biscuits crushed

Method

Step 1Melt butter in microwave for about 45 seconds, then add sugar and mix until sugar has dissolved.

Step 2Add cocoa and condensed milk.

Step 3Add biscuits and Aero bar to other ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Place mixture into a slice tin and ice with chocolate icing.

Step 5Place in the fridge overnight.
Recipe Notes
I like to crush biscuits in a zip lock bag with a rolling pin.
Icing -1 cup icing sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa, knob of butter and a little hot water. You could change this to suit any chocolate bar, even Cherry Ripe would be great.
