If you love mint slice, then you will love this. This recipe came about when I was making a chocolate hedgehog and thought I'd mix it up a bit. - rick-ash

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter melted
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs condensed milk
  • 50 g Nestle* Aero Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars crushed
  • 250 g chocolate ripple biscuits crushed

Method

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in microwave for about 45 seconds, then add sugar and mix until sugar has dissolved.

    Add cocoa and condensed milk.
  • Step 3
    Add biscuits and Aero bar to other ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Place mixture into a slice tin and ice with chocolate icing.
  • Step 5
    Place in the fridge overnight.
Recipe Notes

I like to crush biscuits in a zip lock bag with a rolling pin.

Icing -1 cup icing sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa, knob of butter and a little hot water. You could change this to suit any chocolate bar, even Cherry Ripe would be great.
