This took me no longer than 5 minutes to make and with the cooler mornings settling in, there is nothing more comforting than a bowl of warm porridge. Perfect for little bellies as well as the adults. Get creative with your toppings and add fresh berries, seeds or nuts! - Kelsie Heemskerk

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 banana, finely chopped

Method

  • Step 1
    Pour milk into a saucepan on low and bring to a light boil.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients in and continue stirring until desired consistency. (If you don’t like runny porridge don’t use as much milk).
