This took me no longer than 5 minutes to make and with the cooler mornings settling in, there is nothing more comforting than a bowl of warm porridge. Perfect for little bellies as well as the adults. Get creative with your toppings and add fresh berries, seeds or nuts!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 banana, finely chopped
Method

Step 1Pour milk into a saucepan on low and bring to a light boil.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients in and continue stirring until desired consistency. (If you don’t like runny porridge don’t use as much milk).
