If you’re looking for something delicious and homemade for Christmas gifts this year, try this easy Caramilk white Christmas, ready after just an hour of setting time.
Ingredients
- 2 x 180g blocks Caramilk chocolate, chopped
- 400g tin condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
- 1 cup dried fruit mix
Method

Step 1Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper, leaving enough overhanging to make it easy to lift the finished slice out.

Step 2Place Caramilk and condensed milk in a medium saucepan over gentle heat and stir until melted and smooth. Stir through rice bubbles and dried fruit. Pour into prepared tin and refrigerate for one hour to set.

Step 3Use overhanging paper to lift slice out of tin. Cut into squares and serve.
Recipe Notes
+ 1 hour setting time.
You can sprinkle the slice with shredded coconut if you like.
Choose a dried fruit mix that has glace cherries in it.
