Ingredients

  • 2 x 180g blocks Caramilk chocolate, chopped
  • 400g tin condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
  • 1 cup dried fruit mix

Method

  • Step 1
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper, leaving enough overhanging to make it easy to lift the finished slice out.
  • Step 2
Place Caramilk and condensed milk in a medium saucepan over gentle heat and stir until melted and smooth. Stir through rice bubbles and dried fruit. Pour into prepared tin and refrigerate for one hour to set.
  • Step 3
Use overhanging paper to lift slice out of tin. Cut into squares and serve.
Recipe Notes

+ 1 hour setting time.

You can sprinkle the slice with shredded coconut if you like.
